CANCELLATION POLICY
i understand life can be unpredictable! to hold your spot, a deposit is required. if you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. cancellations within 24 hours, missed appointments, or no-shows will incur a 30% cancellation fee. please note that deposits are separate and non-refundable outside of the grace period. your communication helps me better serve everyone!
